America’s Neighborhood Walk-In Clinic – Bought by Kroger Supermarkets
We were asked by a private equity firm to re-position its new acquisition: FastCare. The company was building walk-in, mini-medical clinics inside major retail stores like big-box stores, supermarkets and pharmacies. We re-named it The Little Clinic. We then created new logo, graphics and Website look and feel. We called it Neighborhood Healthcare with a little TLC (the double entendre was that TLC also stands for The Little Clinic). The Little Clinic expanded from 5 stores in Kentucky to 78, and was acquired by Kroger Supermarkets, America’s largest chain in 2010.
